MMC Modular Warranties Far Exceed Those Usually Available For Modular Buildings

In addition to the warranties required by legislation and those offered by product suppliers, MMC Modular offer industry leading warranties on the steel structure and chassis.   The steel frame and trusses are now covered by the Cadsteel 20 Year Structural Warranty and the chassis by Modfloor warranties against corrosion for up to 50 years and structurally for 20 years for long term peace of mind.​

Modular chassis which are generally open to the elements are subject to long term corrosion particularly in areas that are close to industrial pollution or marine environments.   Modfloor chassis and decks are now manufactured using MAGZAL ZM310 which has a metal coating ensuring optimum protection of surfaces against long-term corrosion.

• better resistance to corrosion, up to 10 times higher than any other galvanized steel;

• better protection of surfaces exposed to particularly aggressive environments;
