MMC Modular utilises the very latest Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).  Modules are manufactured from Cadsteel G550 steel and the Modfloor chassis from ZinMag ZM310 steel with corrosion resistance up to 10 times higher than regular galvanised steel.

Modfloor has been independently tested and has been proven to be the most rigid chassis available ensuring that any movement is minimal resulting in reduced ongoing maintenance.  ZinMag ZM310 steel has been independently tested and is resistant to corrosion for up to 50 years dependent upon location.

 

The Modfloor chassis and internally braced 90mm steel frames ensure each module is engineered to the provide the highest possible level of strength and ridigity.
